I provide personal coaching, consulting, and training services.
I can promote personal development and performance improvement, using a pragmatic use of modern coaching and mentoring approaches, based on applied behaviour and positive psychology, mixed with modern business thinking. I also devise training programmes, facilitate workshops and provide consulting support, where needed.
Prior to consulting, my 20 year commercial career crossed media rights, brand marketing and innovation management in both entrepreneurial and corporate environments, working across the world with the likes of Yell.com, Television New Zealand, OfficeMax, PRS For Music and Walt Disney. I appreciate the formal demands of management, and the personal dynamics of career change.
As a coach, I am a Master Practitioner of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and hold the MA in Coaching and Mentoring, from Oxford Brookes University. I am a Certified practitioner in both Strengths Profile and Business Model You and a Certified Interpreter of Big-5 (Five Factor) Psychometric Assessments (BPS L1). To support my own learning, I am a member of International Positive Psychology Association (IPPA) and International Association of Psychotherapy and Counselling (IAPC).
I am based close to the beach in Poole, Dorset (3 hours south west of London) and when in London I am based at Century Club (on Shaftesbury Avenue) and The RSA (on the Strand). Outside of work I enjoy the challenge of sea swimming, and I am a volunteer Samaritan, providing 15 hours of free listening support to those in need each month.
